A classi ed system of two separate electric remote control water / foam monitors. The system consists of two monitors controlled by a Control Panel with controls for each monitor. Additionally each water/foam monitor has its own Local Control Station and Handheld Wireless Transmitter . The design of the proposed system features a redundancy of control for each monitor. The Control Panel and the two Local Controls will have automatic oscillation buttons and a park button that will return the monitor back to a home position. The wireless remote controller will also have automatic Oscillation controls. All control consoles feature electro-me- chanical operator controls communicating with monitors control boxes via twisted pair communication cable. Water monitors are capable of delivering 7570 LPM (2000 GPM) but tted with tted with automatic constant ow type nozzle that can be adjusted from wide fog (spray) to straight stream (jet) patterns and will automatically adjust to optimize ows between 1893 and 7570 LPM (500 and 2000 GPM). The nozzle is specially designed with an extra wide 120 degree fog pattern for gas mitigation applications. The complete system is rated for use in IEC 79-10: Zone 2 (NFPA Class 1, Division 2) hazardous environments. Also, the system is further certi ed to CE-ATEX 94/9/EC Ex II 3 G c (EEx nA IIC T3) (operation in hazardous locations, explosive gases)
